Projects:

We have designed and constructed two single-family houses using our innovative Polytech MS (Polytech Module System) technology. The total annual energy consumption is a maximum of 57 kWh/m2 per house. Both buildings are occupied. The owners are happy to show visitors around the houses and to share their experience of the design, construction and use of their properties.

What we did:

We designed and constructed both buildings from the first drawing to the finishing touches. Our work included:

• preparing all the required designs, including utilities, with special emphasis on energy-efficient heating and heat recovery ventilation systems,
• excavation work,
• foundation work,
• utility connections,
• ceiling construction,
• production and installation of prefabricated Polytech MS walls,
• thermal insulation of the floors using a Polytech thermally-insulating mortar,
• constructing the roofs, including cladding and thermal insulation,
• door and window installation,
• installing the wiring, plumbing and all other systems,
• finishing work.
