OUR PROJECTS
Kotuliński Family Palace, Czechowice-Dziedzice
Project:
This historic residence was originally erected at the end of the 18th century and extended in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It has been a listed building since February 1960.
What we did:
We were asked to renovate a listed palace with a park, called Kotuliński Palace (in the south of Poland), and to make it suitable as a hotel accommodation venue. The scope of work included:
- an extension to a residential outhouse next to the palace,
- renovation and adaptation work inside the palace,
- renovation of indoor plastered walls and floors,
- renovation of the exterior walls according to a conservator's instructions.
The Kotuliński Palace renovation project earned us an honourable mention in a prestigious, nationwide competition called Buildings Upgrade Project of the Year (2011).
