Project:

The building is a shopping centre located in the central part of Czechowice-Dziedzice (Legionów street).
It has a usable floor area of over 2,500 sq. m. This space is available on two storeys and used for stores with storage space, services and offices.

What we did:

We constructed the building, with exterior wall finishing work, indoor systems, outdoor piping and connections, roads within the property, pavements and car parks, as well as vehicle crossovers. The work included:

• excavation work and ground reinforcement work,
• reinforced concrete work,
• wall construction,
• constructing a prefabricated monolithic ceiling,
• constructing the roof using prefabricated trusses,
• roof cladding, flashing and gutters,
• cladding the exterior walls with composite panels,
• constructing a post-and-lintel aluminium facade,
• insulating the external walls thermally using the light wet method,
• cladding the exterior walls with stone panels,
• building access roads to the property from a nearby roundabout,
• landscaping work, including paving work,
