Polytech MS, or Polytech Module System, is our brand of prefabricated wall panels that let you erect the load-bearing exterior and interior walls of your buildings very quickly. The Polytech Module System (Polytech MS)® of fabricated thermal insulation panels is our response to the requirement for low-energy construction. Each Polytech thermal insulation panel is made of two layers: a structural layer of 30 cm in thickness, made of a modified lightweight, thermally-insulating Polytech mortar, and an insulation layer of 17 cm in thickness. There are no air gaps between the two layers of the wall.

• As the structural layer and the thermal insulation layer are joined permanently without the use of mechanical fasteners, point thermal bridges, which are an issue when anchors are used for standard thermal insulation, have been eliminated.
• The heat transfer coefficient for an exterior wall without openings does not exceed U ≤ 0.15 [ ].
• The energy performance of the building is higher, which means lowers costs of heating or cooling the building, and this means money saved.
